Pros, promises to provide real estate investors, Realtors and real estate agents, leads of people who are behind on their mortgages or in pre-foreclosure; to write letters of introduction offering to help the homeowner using a "Yellow Letter" and mail out the same to the homeowner.
I spoke with Ms. Ward by telephone and email and she assured me her company could provide leads for my zip code.
The full amount was paid via PayPal but I received no leads. I contacted Ms Ward she told me she missed the date for the list of leads but would get them next week. After waiting 1 month, I asked her to refund my money - which she said she would do. She told me a refund would be sent shortly.
For the next 2 months I called and emailed Ms Ward: She never anawered any of my attempts to contact her
Now, several months later, I have still not received my refund or heard from this provider. I was lied to and taken advantage of and my money was not returned. An investigation was opened by paypal and she told the investigator that she would pay me back but she never did. She is a cheat and a lier and the lowest form of scum.
PS. She also was the answering service for Tracy Caywood (yellowletterscomplete.com) and claims to be related to her.
