I found Mr. Alex Rodriguez as the representative for California Grills and spas a company that use to have a store next to Home Depot Expo.
He introduced himself as a former lawyer that found a less stressful life by selling grills and spas. The calspa products were very appealing and good so I bought $10,000 worth or an lit barbeque that included a $600 sale tax. He wanted to pay by check in order to give me the maximum discount.
He has never delivered the goods. He never order them from cal spa which is the Californean company. ( I know because I have checked) They do not want to here anymore about him. (They have had a zillion complains similar-cases as mine). If he gets inside a home show I would like to here about it, because he might get inside under faulse pretenses or changed identity.
He said several times that the merchandise is in the truck ready for delivery. The guy might need help as a mental case. Who knows?!
I would like everybody that ever got scammed by him to get in touch with me as soon as possible. If we can show a pattern and intention we put him in prison and eventualy recover some of the money.
Also, go to the police and ask them to open a case from theft. Show the proof and the documents. The case will be assign to a detective. Then email me the case numbers please.

First and foremost. This customer did not order Cal Flame equipment. They ordered Viking. He received all his new equipment within seven days of making contact with us. This was completly incorrect and misrepresented. This was written bye a former employee not the customer. Dr.Burgos is willing to speak to anyone to correct this.
