I purchased a phone from Alex Babaev (owner of Apple Tree Cleaning Services) which clearly stated "UNLOCKED". When I received that same phone it was still LOCKED with T Mobile. I contacted seller who denied it of cause but between Samsung, T Mobile, EBay and Paypal we find it was still LOCKED.
Mr Babaev refuses to return funds that I have spent unlocking this phone.
He lied about being in Hospital with his sick child, then said he was in Anartica when he was in Saint Paul the whole time.
This guy can't be trusted
