Alex F. Blasscyk With mainstream Telecom was hired as a consultant/broker to negotiate contracts with cell providers and tower companies to place on my vacant properties. In June 2018 Alex required me to pay him $13,000 commision up front to finalize the sale of 2 properties with cell contracts.

In addition he required me to deed a property to him to complete a seperate sale with his clients. Since then, Alex Blasscyk has threatened me through text and emails and has run off with the money/deed.

I am at a complete loss as I have trusted the reviews the company had and his word. DO NOT do business with this man or his company. I have retained an attourney to hopefuly recover my assets and funds.

With all do respect I am aware of how commission works. As I explained, he took commission up front and a deed to my property without following through with the agreement. He has the money and my property is in his name. No services were rendered and he has disappeared. He was actually paid 30k in commission on a previous deal. The last two properties were not sold, commission up front, and one that is in his name. Scammed!

Sir, it sounds like to me that Mr. Blasscyk has helped you land a contract or two worth tons of money for a very long time that would benefit your family....a lot. Why would you complain about paying the man his commission?

Wouldn't that be like eating out and then complaining about tipping the server who worked really hard to provide you a pleasant dining experience? And why would he try to retain your deed? Is it because you are trying to screw him out of his commission?

You are not explaining things very well and what little you have said makes you look like a shady character...... just saying.
