Please be advise this guy is a scam artist, he lured you in with his photography skills. Then he seems to be the most honest, and truth worthy person ever until he doesn't get what he want. From speaking to him during my photo shoot, he knew I had just moved to New York City, he told me he is also a real estate agent. He suggested he would be able to help me find an apartment in NYC instead of me staying in my friend apartment, I thought he was being nice I told him I would pay for his service if he is able to get me an apartment. I gave this guy money to help me find an apartment, and he was gone and nowhere to be found. I try calling him and tracking him down, he kept on giving me nothing but excuses. Until today he still has my money. When I ask him for my money back he said " you are was so naive this is New York City. You don't just give money to strangers and expect them to get you something ". To all of you that's interested in working with this guy please be aware this guy deserves to get lockup he is a criminal, a scam artist . I've file a police report against him, but the officer said since I have no proof of a check and I gave him cash they couldn't arrest him. They would just file a report about it and hold his name and information on there system until more people come out.

To whoever is reading this, MIKE PEREZ is my friend and i told him no to do this. He lied to create this story. MIKE PEREZ is obsessed about the work of this guy and he has been telling me he wants to learn photography lighting from him. He has reached out to ALEX OGUNDIRAN via a fake account on Model Mayhem (a website for fashion industry people) several times but, he will not respond to him. I told him not to create a false report on this innocent guy who is probably busy or doesn't want to have any business with him. Upon seeing this online, I knew this came from a bitter MIKE PEREZ who is just an internet troll.
I felt so bad for this guy ALEX because, he probably doesen't know why his name was mentioned here. MIKE P is a liar and messy individual who constantly type up negative information on whoever doesn't get along with him. I won't be surprise if he starts a war with me for mentioning this. I am no longer his friend because of his mentally ill mind.

It is shocking to see someone who I do not know, write such a derogatory information about me, when I have not seen or dealt with them.
The reporter stated he is a client of mine - I have never photographed any Mike Perez in my entire career.
Also, as far as Real Estate goes, I have never taken money from anyone in any capacity to find them an apartment. I am not a real estate agent. I am rather an Investor who owns buildings and list with agents.
This looks like someone looking to intentionally come for me out of anger or hate. I am a very talented and handsome young man, so if Mike Perez or whatever his real name is did this out of spite, then Karma will come for you.
It is so sad, innocent people sometimes get reported over someone else mental issue. This person is really sick or just frustrated with life to have come up with such a false story out of hate towards me.
