I had bought two parts from the ford dealer gave them the vin number to employee behind the counter (she will be nameless) placed the order, parts were to be in the next morning.Next morning the parts did not arrive she forgot to order..placed the order,came in the following day.wrong parts. gave the parts back to her next business day to reorder the correct ones again the girl had made another mistake gave her the part number off the old broken part she still could not get it correct contacted another dealer got the part number from them, gave it to her she reorders. I paid for both the wrong parts and the correct part .I had given her the wrong parts back she said the would have to cut a check.A month later I called to find out about the refund and nothing had been done. I had called the parts manager to ask why I would not recieve my $120.00 back he said I needed to call someone else to get my parts from now on. He also put me on speaker phone with the confused parts girl who said I was a lier and I gave her the wrong infomation. Remember I gave her the vin number off the truck to begin with and waited 3 days for the part and they still had my parts. Well the did give me the wrong parts back. any body need a clock spring and shift indicator?
