Alexander Horneman-Wren is a " Barrister at Law " (or so he calls himself ) operating in Brisbane Australia. I came across him when he defended my employer in an unfair dismissal case.

Settlement of this case included a document referred as "terms of settlement" containing the conditions of the settlement (which he said was legally binding and both sides would have to abide by it) .He also told me that if it was not legal he could lose his accreditation certificate as he was a "servant of the law"

My employer breached the conditions of the "terms of settlement" on several times and I referred this matter back to court where I was told that the "Terms of Settlement were "illegal and fraudulent"

I have approached Mr Horneman-Wren telling him of this and his comment was that he didnt know that the "Terms of settlement document which he wrote up was illegal" (dont forget his title Barrister at Law) and he also told me that he was not prepared to change it. This seems like a clearcut case of profesional misconduct.

I have made numerous complaints to the Queensland Bar Association of which he is a member, and they have been totally ignoring my complaints about him.
Its obvious that this "Barrister " needs to go back to law school.
