Complaint Review: Alexander Hughes Noah Kendall

As of right now he is ostensibly living in Florida, but this year alone he has also lived in Colorado, North Carolina and (possibly) Alaska. At this point all I want to do is serve him with papers to terminate his parental rights, as it is clear he has no interest in parenting his son. He tends to pass himself off as a good guy going through a rough patch. That rough patch has been going for the last 5-6 years. And it tends to stem from him deliberately avoiding maintaining employment.

These days he may be pretending he doesn't have any children, but he has a 7 year old son that deserves better than this trifling behavior. When we decided to have a child (and I mean WE, it was discussed and planned, we even went so far as to seek fertility counseling when it took so long for me to conceive) it was with the idea that we'd be together as a family. My decision to file for divorce meant that my relationship with Alex was done, but it didn't mean that he was absolved of responsibility to the child he created. Don't want to pay child support? Sign over your rights and we're done.
