We offer complete customization of Golf Club refinishing.  The client sends in ther putters, irons or wedges and enclose an online order form that they have pre-filled out providing us with detailed instructions on what they'd like to have done.
We offer custom engraving, stamping of initals or names, remove nicks and scratches in order to restore the heads prior to apply a custom finish and then the final step is to paint fill all of the engraving on the heads.  The end result is a complety refurbished head that looks brand new.  We are the leaders in this field and are talked about on all the golf forums.
This client proceeded to fill out the order form, attach attach sketches of all the custom work he wanted done and also requested an expedite service along with overnight delivery.  Prior to shipping his order we verified his address and obtained his credit card information and received all confirmations both by e-mail and over the phone.  The client received his order and then had the gaul to contact American Express and tell them he did not authorize the sale.  This is wrong on so many levels.  How could he not authorize the service when he sent us his putters, filled out the form, took the time to draw and write down specific and very detailed instructions and communicate back and forth regarding his order once it was received by e-mail and then call us to provide us with his credit card number, cvc # and expiration date.
We intend to prosecute him for fraud, notify all major golf forums, as well as take him to court for the money owed as well as reporting him to the credit bureau.  By the time we are done, he will have wished and hopefully regret that he committed fraud!
