Ripoff Report may have good intentions in being a sounding board for people who have legitimate complaints. Unfortunately, Ripoff Report knows that if any competitor or disgruntled employee slanders a company, Ripoff Report stands to make a great deal of money, simply by the ad views, or the real jackpot, forcing the aggrieved party to arbitrate the dispute. So the Ripoff in Ripoff Report is not limited to the report itself. It’s in the extortion that slander can create by forcing an aggrieved individual or company to pay thousands of dollars to correct false and defamatory statements. This is precisely the case here. This report was submitted allegedly by someone named Hans from Atlantic City, New Jersey. Alexander, Miller and Associates has never had a client or an employee named Hans, let alone one who lives in Atlantic City. We believe that this “report” may have come from a very disturbed individual we had to fire after several attempts to counsel and assist this person, and we find that very unfortunate. Unlike he, however, we are not going to stoop to the level of revealing his identity at this time, as we hope that he can take the necessary steps to improve himself and have a better future. They will only pay you if your a big company like Landstar Transportation, who is in the process of going with another company.
