Advertised a car for sale and included tranportation fees and ask that money be sent through Western Union and that he belong to Square Trade and they sent confirrmation that he was a memeber and guarteed re emburisment if the seller failed to come though on his side of the bargin. After payment was recieved he e-mailed back that due to the holiday deliver would be delayed and promised to arrangements were made and deliver in 3 days. Last I have heard from him. Phone number is a fax number and no response from it.
