This latest comment is also another example of defamatory claims made against me regarding donations. Ms Goddard knows full well that ANY donations made (this in regards to bench and Texas EQUUSEARCH) were disproven years ago yet these lies persist.

ALL funds given me for the bench, for instance were carefully recorded by a third party. Because of Ms Goddards efforts, the city recinded the permit for the bench and it was never installed. I informed those who donated and offered to refund every penny. All but two refused a refund and it was decided the money would be given to Texas Equusearch to pay for their search for Haleigh Cummings.

The goal had been $500.00 for the bench which had not been met. I had paid the extra $150.00 toward the bench. When the City of Mount Dora refunded me the money, ALL of the $500.00 was given to Texas Equusearch by me personally to the representative of the search group.

When Goddard found this out, she actually attacked Texas Equusearch for accepting the money and sending me a thank you letter.

In closing, it is true that this is my word against hers. She has mounted one of the most effective propaganda efforts I have ever seen.

Becase of her, I will never, ever, get involved in any volunteer or civic service. I will never lift a finger to help anyone else  ever again. I certainly will never donate so much as a dime for any cause.

I am well aware of Ms. Goddard and her company.  She has provided useful services to her community and to paying customers alike. She is honest, caring, and donates a good portion of her services for free. 

I am also aware of William K Murtaugh and the way he conducts himself.  He is neither honest nor honorable.  He begs for money and uses the funds for purposes other than what they were donated for.  He has attacked Ms. Goddard for years because she exposed him for the things he was doing. 

There are years and years of ugly deeds concerning Murt.  Looks for the facts.  You won't have to look long before you find which side of the fence the turth is told.

Anyone can report anything here. You need to read more closely. I have endured the antics of Ms Goddard since 2008. I have asked her to stop and she refuses. All that I am asking for is for Ms Goddard to stop and leave me alone but she refuses to do so.

For whatever reason Goddard took down the posts that I linked from HER twitter account. If Goddard was honest and had nothing to fear, why would she take those links down.

The answer is simple, she got caught and did not want the truth of her recent actions to come out.

I have known Ms. Goddard for many years. Have used her legal services on many occasions with fantastic results. Your comments about her seem to be on a personal level and seem to stem from your comments that were fact checked. To put this out there that she is unprofressional and a liar is just the same type of attack you accuse her of doing. Grow up and be a professional. Ripoff reports are supposed to be about companies or scammers. She is Neither. 

The one thing that is clear in all of these biased rebuttals to my report is this, If Ms Goddard would stick to her professional business and not barge into the personal business of others, then reports of this nature would not be necessary.

Once again I have to reiterate that I have been the target of Ms. Goddard since Sept of 2008. Before that date, I did not know that Ms Goddard even existed.

When I learned of an article that Ms Goddard had written about me, I politely wrote her to ask why she wrote what she did. Her response was a profane laced diatribe that contained all sorts of threats to destroy both me and my family.

For years I have had to endure attacks on me, my family and those who I call my friends and supporters. Of course, now that Goddard has embarked on a professional career, she has cleaned up her act. She has created what are known as "sock" accounts and has a number of "volunteers" who are willing to do her dirty work for her.

Once again I state that all I have wanted from Ms Goddard is for her to delete her blogs about me and leave me the hell alone.

I am retired and on Social Security. I have no financial means to defend myself or my family. Goddard knows this and takes advantage of my situation.

Goddard has stated over and over again that she wishes me to die and has made all kinds of vile comments as to what she would do on my grave once my death occurs.

As I stated in my prior rebuttal, your experience with Ms Goddard is quite different than mine. The dispute between us has been going on since 2008 yet it took me this long to finally decide that I had to make this report.

The one thing I have asked of Ms Goddard over and over again for the past 7 years is to delete her blogs and leave me alone. Ms Goddard is simply not willing to do that.

Instead, Ms Goddard and those who are part of her entourage have engaged in an effort to defame me and others they wish to target.

Ms Goddard was so ashamed of her actions that she deleted the links to HER twitter account once she learned of this report. This is her modus opperandi. Once caught, she deletes the evidence.

She is addicted to this kind of behavior, however, and pleanty of evidence exists on her twitter account along with the countless other twitter accounts and blogs she has created. She has an affinity to pornography and insists on the improper use of images that do not belong to her.

I have asked one thing and one thing only of Ms Goddard. Delete everything, leave me alone, and mind her own business.

This is something she simply cannot do. She was even sued by the parents of a teenager for defaming the teenager and was forced to admit she was wrong when she accused him of being the mastermind of a high profile rape.

She could have easily confessed the error of her ways without putting the family through a lengthy and costly lawsuit, but this is how Goddard operates. She refuses to admit her mistakes unless she is backed into a corner and there is no other way out.

If you have a favorable opinion of her professional actions, that is up to you. My opinion comes from my YEARS of suffering due to her grotesque actions.

It is one thing to have a favorable experience with an individual and quite another to have a negative experience with that same individual. I have had the latter. Ms Goddard has been attacking my reputation and character since September of 2008.

I have never met the woman personally and she certainly has not met me. We live hundreds of miles apart yet Goddard seems to think she has the right to barge into my personal and business life with outrages accusations she has not been able to prove to this day.

I have confronted her dozens of times to provide clear and absolute proof of her accusations and she responds using filthy language and imagry as well as foolish cartoons on youtube that bear no substance.

At the center of her long standing accusations are a set of what she claims are private messages between me and an individual that nobody seems to be willing or able to identify.

All that exists are IMAGES of the said conversation yet there is no original file or any legally acceptable evidence to back up her accusations.

The Lake County Florida Sheriff's department examined both my computer and the files that were provided them and they dismissed the accusations outright. The computer forensic detective that examined the material stated that they were clearly frauds. The conversation made no sense. To him the whole thing was gibberish.

Eventually someone wrote a blog where the author confessed that she had made the original fake conversation and even provided proof as to how she accomplished the feat.

Goddard and her group remained undeterred and promptly accused a local Grocery store produce manager of creating the blog as a hoax and nearly caused the man to lose his job.

It took the woman who created the blog calling his employer to save his job.

Goddard has somehow managed to gain the support of an individual who is awaiting trial on three felony charges one of which involves the illegal possession of a firearm.

All one has to do is go to the various accounts that are under the control of Ms Goddard and her associates to see the extent of their horrific actions. There are altered images, and posts of the worst kind of pornography that they use to defame and demean their targets.

When they are confronted with their misdeeds, they complain that they are being stalked and make all sorts of threats.

The report I made above utilized Goddard's own words and those of her associates. She made the claims of the hacking and obtaining of the information, not I.

Once Ms Goddard learned of this report, she immediately deleted all of her stalking claims. However, examples of her other acts of misconduct remain on her various websites. Feel free to do your own research and make your own conclusions.

All I have ever asked of MS Goddard is to be left alone. This is something Ms Goddard is incapable of doing.

Ms Goddard has helped me on numerous occassions. From finding information on my great uncle who was MIA in WWII to Help our group track down a Military poser & someone who was scamming our veterans.

Ms Goddard is very knowledgable & Helpful in investigations.

Alexandria Goddard is a trustworthy person.  Her tireless efforts to assist in stopping a con artist scam people across several state lines was a noteworthy effort.  She donated her time and expertise.  For the person who filed this report, Alexandria researched and rebutted his own public statements with facts not in question.  

As a former candidate for Probate Judge in Tift County, Georgia, I would invite anyone to google me as Ty Taylor and you will find my background.  I trust Ms. Goddard implicitly and know she only puts out info she has verified and, of course, a con artist will not like those reports.  If in fact Ms. Goddard has defamed and caused harm to the reputation of the report filer, I also recommend he retain legal counsel and take Ms. Goddard to court. I do not believe the gentleman will wish to take this route as there has been no evidence submitted to place any statement Ms. Goddard has made into question.  It is my belief a court of competent jurisdiction would grant relief to Ms. Goddard and find her not at fault for any false statements against the original filer. 

I would recommend Ms. Goddard to anyone seeking assistance in running background checks. Ms. Goddard is thorough and takes the time to ensure the information she has is truthful and verifiable.

Conventional wisdom against rumors is to take the high road and not respond. This report contains many accusations, with no proof, screenshots, nor of any substance. In other words, central pieces of information is missing. Ms. Goddard's services volunteered to assist the Military Phonies website and were invaluable to their efforts stopping a stolen valor case involving non-profit organizations, scam victims, and national news organizations. It was her experience that helped us stop others from becoming victims of this scammer. She did not break any laws, but rather, assisted law enforcement with their efforts to stop the scammer. In fact, her efforts included exposure on media outlets, radio interviews, newspapers, etc. 

I think  a good chunk of the discourse between you and Ms Goddard stem from your own public statements. A quick google search shows a plethora of information you publicly posted - and she ferreted out a series of facts which appears to be a trigger for you. If she violated the law, made slanderous comments against you, etc, I suggest you consult an attorney vice a consumer bulletin board. This appears to be an attempt to slander Ms Goddard, rather than educate consumers.
