Roald A. van de Munt also occasionally operating under aliases "Donald van de Blake", sometimes he might use another aliase like "Alexio" under Alexio.cz s.r.o. is a scam artist that prey on foreign tourists in Prague who wish to apply for a long term stay visa. I and my wife wanted to start to invest in a  business in Prague, Czech Republic.  We saw his advert in the local news papers and on the internet, on the surface, it looked very professional, but be forewarned, it is only on the surface.  We went to see this "Roald A. van de Munt" alias "Alexio". He acted as if he knows all the easy way to get us a long term stay visa, all it cost was just 45.000 kc. He will handle everything and we won't have to worry about it anymore. Visa will be ready in a few days,  just focus on starting the business which he also has lots of advise for us. We found out later that most of his advise were wrong and actually is quite dangerous. He took our money and one week later he wanted more money, because he said that our visa application ran into problem with the foreign police and he needs to pay off the police or we will never get our visa. He wanted another 20.000 kc, but we did not pay him and we lost all our 45.000 kc and finally we went to a real lawyer who got us the visa for 5.000 kc!  On his website he claim to be able to do everything, from accounting, to visa application, to company formation, to investment advise, to health insurance, to virtual office, to trade license application. We should have seen this scam coming, when we saw a website that offers to do  everything except toilet cleaning.  On the phone, Roald A. van de Munt (Alexio.cz s.r.o.) claim to have his teams of accountants and lawyer to do all these things, but when you visit his office, it is just one guy working. How can one guy do this services??? We should have known better.

Another post of somebody deliberately trying to destroy my companies' reputation.
There has been a wave of such reports on Expts.cz and Prague.tv - all originating from the same IP address and/or same person.Of course we have them removed.

Now about the above 'report':

-First of all, I have never email / met this guy.

-I do not operate under "Donald van de Blake"

-We do not serve foreign tourists, but only entrepreneurs. Tourist is not our market segment.

-We do not advertise in local newspapers

-We do not charge 45.000 CZK for a visa, see our pricelist on Alexio.cz. A visa costs typically 7.500 CZK

-Visas are never ready in a few days - the foreign police takes months - see the Visa Info section on Alexio.cz

-We do not request more money on a next occasion. Clients receive an invoice with the total amount

-Alexio.cz is not a one-man company. We do have accountants, a certified tax advisor, a visa consultant, a lawyer and several external partners to make a business start in Czech Republic quick, easy and cheap.

It's annoying that information like this gets spread on the Internet.
Please convince yourself and have a look at our website Alexio.cz.
