Alexis Realty Solutions (ARS) solicits individuals and business for loans.  In March of 2017 we wired an advanced fee of $42,532 to ARS to secure business acquisition financing of $1.325M.  ARS provided two contracts, a funding agreement and promissory note, to us that were executed by Roscoe Copeland (CEO,President) and Dawnn Long (COO, Notary).  ARS guaranteed funding in 30-45 days from March 22nd, 2017.  After waiting 60 days for funding and multiple missed funding deadlines we requested that our advance fee of $42,532 be refunded to us.  A refund was guaranteed in the funding addendum that ARS signed if terms were not met, these terms in the agreement are quoted here:  "11. Refund policy.  If for any reason Alexis Realty Solutions LLC, does not fund product within the 30-45 day guideline, the initial deposit shall be refunded."  I have not received my refund at this date and so I am filing this Report.  ARS lacks in organization, communication, and business professionalism.  They represent that they are a direct lender with their own capital, but rely on a third party to produce the capital.  I am aware of 5 other contracts that ARS has entered with individuals and business's that are non-performing as well.  Yet they continue to solicit new business with clients promising loans that they cant complete.

ARS is not registered in the state of Michigan with DIFS (Department of Insurance and Finnancial Services) which would allow them to state that they can procure any loan private or institutional.

ARS voiolates SEC (Security and Exchange Commission) laws by offering un-registered securities. (funding addendum contract and promissory notes are examples according to SEC)

ARS sollicits Advanced Fee programs which are often scams according to FBI.

ARS claims to fund loans in less than 60 days.  They havn't closed one loan for a customer to date.

I wanted to have ARS fund my loan for buisness growth, that wont happen.  So I want my deposit back at minimum.

My interaction with ARS has wasted resources of time, capital, and energy.  I am posting this report to help others in completeing their due diligence on this company.  Contact me if you want more information.

Update to complaint

I wanted to give an update to this complaint. ARS did refund my initial deposit of $42k. It was after a long process of requesting refund and then having to threaten ARS with legal action. I am glad that it was refunded. I commend them for refunding. But, I engaged ARS to procur funding for business acquisition capital. I did not engage to have them hold onto my deposit for 90 days only to say sorry we can't get your funding. I am writing this review to state plainly that I received my deposit back. I also want to state plainly that I was very unsatisified with the services offered by ARS and promise of capital. It was clear that they didn't and are not able to arrange funding for business actuation. So I am not advocating their services. That is my update. Thank you.
