After ordering a notebook through Fingerhut I wanted to wait to pay the entire bill until I knew it worked and was still under warranty.  They sent the first invoice, which I paid on time.  Then no invoice the next month.  Then, after I called and complained that they charged me a late fee yet never sent an invoice, they did nothing.  So I paid again.  The next month no invoice again.  Then, after I called again requesting it be sent, no invoice came.  Then the next month they charged me the late fee once again.  Once again I called and got nowhere and requested the missing invoices be immediately sent to me including the dates on which they were mailed.  They sent nothing.  I just got my last bill with yet another late fee (which I paid in full this time) with a "closing date" of "3/24/15" and a "mail by date" of 4/13/15 yet it was received on 4/6/15.  They are further charging me about 14% "extra" for something called "Safeline Plus" which I do not remember asking for in the first place but, after requesting it be removed, here it is again.  This is an unethical and preditory company who should be ashamed to breath the same air as all the excellent other businesses in the wonderful state of Minnesota.  By the way, now that the 90 day warranty period has passed, the cheap thing isn't working right.  Go figure!
