Alexis Vogel Cosmetic Company Dishonest Billing Practices Alexisvogel.com Los Angeles California
I ordered two kits, only received (1) kit, was billed for two, I then phone the company and talked to "Edith" at the Company and she told me to fax over the invoice, she said that she would take care of the situation. I thought that was the end of the matter until several months later; I started receiving notices in the mail of past due amount of $79.00.
I called the Company again and this time spoke to a girl that could not comperhend what I was trying to tell her.
I then tried to e-mail a account manager at the company but the e-mail failed to go thru due to their e-mail was not receiving, I also sent a cc copy of the e-mail to Alexis Vogel herself only to get the e-mail turned back for delivery failure.
I wrote a letter and sent the letter and only got in response a notice from a collection agency that my account had been sent to them.
I called the Agency and spoke to a nice gentlemen, he understood the situation and texted the account and instructed me to contact the Company.
Before I could call the Alexis Vogel Company again they called me and I then told them again what happened and they understood and told me that a account manager would be intouch with me within hours and it has now been several months.
The gest of it all is that this company has delivered 1 kit, taken money out of my account for two and will not return my money to me, but continues to harrass me saying that I owe them $79.00.
I am not sure at the present time if it has gone on my credit report. I ordered these kits in November of 2004 and here it is a year later! What has happened to customer satisfaction?
