I ordered in good faith cosmetics from AlexisVogel.com as I have for 2 years. They did not send the makeup/cosmetics and it has been since December 3, 2005. Today is December 23rd and the Christmas presents for many family members/friends are ruined and I am out of HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS!! I paid for 2 day shipping, and have not received a return email, phone call or anything. I finally reached a girl in customer service who told me that I should have it by "Wednesday" which was 2 weeks ago. Now the phone says "closed for thanksgiving, reopen November 28th" - IT'S NEARLY DECEMBER 28TH!! They when I get through they HANG UP WITHOUT HEARING what you want! They have scammed so many people and when you post a message on their board, they DELETE IT AND BAN YOU!!
I have been banned three times already and I will keep returning, so they won't win! Please help me get my money back, they took the money IMMEDIATELY FROM MY ACCOUNT, yet have sent nothing. They have lied about tracking numbers, they have lied about shipping items by a certain date, and they stole my money! Now I have no money to buy OTHER GIFTS!! THIS IS SO WRONG!!!! HELP PLEASE, OR OTHER BUYERS BEWARE!! DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE OR COMPANY!! FILE WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ALSO OR LET'S GET A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT GOING, PLEASE!!!
