Alfred Angelo Bridal POOR WORKMANSHIP AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, Internet
We purchased 2 flower girl dresses from a bridal store from ALFRED ANGELO for my sisters wedding. When I went to get my daughters fitting the dress had very visible seam marks aroung the waist of the dress giving the appearance of having too tight underwear on. I looked to see why this was and found the lining of the dress is sewn together in 3 pieces when they sewed it together they sewed it with the seam touching the outer layer of the dress. I asked the lady at the bridal store if she thought that looked right she said no but because it is a design flaw from alfred angelo there was nothing they could do. A couple of days later my sister in law went to get her daughters dress tried onand it was the even worse the seam in that dress is actually sewn on a slant. I tried to call the company and was told they dont take phone calls that I could email them. I had already sent one email but sent another. This is the email I recieved back

These dresses were made exactly according to the specifications for the style. The lining, as in all dresses, is made in pieces to help contour it to the outside fabric of the dress. This necessitates seams in the lining. This style has only been made in this fashion as it was designed. Therefore we cannot re-make this dress in any way.
I really dont care what the specifications are the point is the dress has very visisble lines going across this dress. I went on Alfred Angelo facebook website and wrote an the discussion board how displeased I was only to find they have deleted all my posts.I then wrote one on saying BUYER BEWARE and told people to do a BBB search and then they will at least be informed and can then make a decision. This post was also deleted Why are they deleting posts on a public forum. What do they have to hide. Why do they not want anyone to know about their workmanship and their nonexistant customer service. I will never reccommend them and all I say is BUYER BEWARE
