  • Category:
September 30, 2012, in exchange for charging our credit card $9,328.79 and titles to our ownerships in El-Cid Marina Beach Resort and twenty Mayan Certificates we to receive $36,612 in cash, fractional ownership in their Residence Club La Jolla, Membership in Holiday Systems International and free at any time transportation to/from Airport.

Above to be executed October 29, 2012 at the First American Title Company in our home town, Santa Rosa, California.

Alfredo Marcq and Associates never provided instructions, cash and documents to the Title Company. In response to our call to Perpetrators, Alfredo Marcq told us that their is a couple of days delay, we to visit the Title Company again October 31, 2012.

Again, nothing, zero, they have our money. Repeated requests to reverse the Credit Card Charge and our threads that we will go on a Publicity Campaign and contact Mexican and USA Authorities, they offered a small down payment and will make installment pay restitution.

We refused, contacted the Tourist Board in Mexico City and Mazatlan, El Cid, Mayan, our Credit card company-Fraud Department and will now contact News Paper Editors along the Pacific Coast including Canada, Cruise and Airline travel industries and others.

If any one reader of this report knows the mailing addresses of Policia Municipal (Mazatlan) and Policia Ministerial del Estado (Sinaloa State) could help us with a reply. We want Alfredo Marcq and Associates be arrested for Credit Card Fraud and for the Criminals Nest Residence Club La Jolla to be shut down.

Mexico is a good country, nice and clean people, but it must establish trust worthyness.

Timeshares are never a good purchase and timeshare owners need to be cautious about this. There are lots of timeshare scams. I recommend you to read a good article with good information about timeshare scams: timesharescam.com/timeshare-complaints-resorts-black-list/

La Jolla Timeshare Scam

#5General Comment

The 'announcements' that La Jolla Mazatlan complaint have decreased has to be a lie. I call regularly trying to get anything out of them in return for the huge amount of money they scammed from us last winter, but they always promise to return my call and never do. I have tried to wait on the phone, but it does no good. Anyone who tries to deal with this company is going to be unhappy. I now keep paying interest on the money I borrowed on their promise to return it within 120 days and I know I may as well admit that I have been a fool and that I will never see my money again. And the wonderful travel system they promised to introduce us to which would give us upgrades and great locations? Not one word. I'm working now with Mexican Timeshare Solutions and PRFECO to get my money back!!!

We reached an Agreement whereby Ja Jolla will correct our issue over the next five month.
The personnel was very helpful which made it possible. Now we hope the agreement will hold so that we do not have to come back and file another report. Thank you every one for your support.
