ALI AHMED ALABDULLAH who works for Chevron was notified that he had removed an important handrail on the staircase prior to my family moving into his home located at 3627 Parkshire Drive, Pearland, TX 77584 in the subdivision of Sedgefield. "ALI AHMED ALABDULLAH" used Sam Ferreri as his listing agent with RE/MAX Top Realty located at 2911 S Sam Houston Pkwy East, Houston, TX 77047 who can be reached office 713-733-3700 or his cell 832-200-5656 and website www.thesamteam.com and I had trusted Sam Ferreri along with my real estate agent to make sure I was in good hands. However, after the transaction I was not in good hands. However this home was a nightmare! I was promissed many things by "ALI AHMED ALABDULLAH" and he had lied! 

ALI AHMED ALABDULLAH refused to repair the staircase after serveral requests that the stairs were uneven and missing a major handrail for the wall as required by  National Staircase Code "handrail must go from top platform to bottom platform/floor and did not). This failure resulted in my mother's death. My mother who was visiting did not have a handrail to grab onto for the bottom as required. My Mother passed away Monday after Thanksgiving in 2012. During my lease of this home we had 4 others injuried caused by the uneven stairs and missing handrail. If you should rent or buy this home please contact me and I will provide you with my Law Firm Information. I ended my lease in 2013 and instructed "ALI AHMED ALABDULLAH", "Complete Property Services" and "Glenn A. Dickson" to repair these issues but they advertised this home was re-listed on HAR.com showing that the repairs were not done.

Houston, TX 77005 is nothing more than a UPS Store that holds a Mailbox and is not owned by "Glenn A. Dickson".
