Ali Montgomery; Danielle Montgomery Old crippled horse misrepresented in sale ad Newfield, New Jersey
Current owners have mis-represented this horse. I am a boarder where a prospective buyer had this horse for a one month trial. The horse arrived severly underweight and in deplorable condition. He was NOT SOUND the entire time, even at a trot. The horse has significant arthritis, horrendous legs, skant on his body--obviously in a neglected condition. "Has the speed and agility to be a good Jumper." The statements in the Dream Horse purchase ad are an unmitigated falsehoods. The ad reads "This horse would be perfect for someone looking to move up and learn the open circuits or someone who wants something more talented to ride." The horse is LAME & in constant PAIN. At best, this poor horse should be enjoying an easy life as a pasture companion. Without careful vigilence, this horse will end up at slaughter as owners are current owners are apparently eager to unload him.
