Complaint Review: Alibaba

The supplier Shenzhen Sunstar is pathetic, they dont care about their customer & only wants to get profit. I wanted to buy android phone  for my wife on her birthday & it took more than a month to arrive to europe from china. Once received, the product had several issues. The phone function was not working & you cannot attend the phone when some one calls you. Download from android store was also not working. I talked with them & they asked me to send the phone back to China for repair. I sent the product back & the supplier did not agree for shipping costs. In a few days, they sent the product back to me and charged me for shipping cost. This time none of the issue was repaired and on top the 4 GB memory card was missing too. I talked to them and they did not agree on memory card and other 2 faults. I complained to Alibaba/Aliexpress but they favored their supplier & released all amount to them. Never buy any product from this supplier and never place an order through Alibaba/Aliexpress
