Complaint Review: Alibaba/Aliexpress.com

Made an order for 600 bras from ali's vendor - was contacted by multiple vendors from ali's life of vendor contacts- spoke to many of their vendors, and tried to complete a transaction for the purchase through one of their vendors. as instructed, i sent the money Western Union. Merchandise was never received, contacted Aliexpress/ Alibaba and after a month of back an forth, they finally decided they weren't responsible for their vendors. be very leary of purchasing anything through this website. they will not back you up when you have been RIPPED OFF.  spoke to alibaba/aliexpress for a very long time to try to recover money or merchandise. they would not assist in any way. this is a website that works as a "front" for many scammers, and can get away with it because all they have to say is, they're not responsible. when asked who they could recommend as a safe and reliable source, was told they could not help me with that either.
