I made two purchases on Aliexpress.com early in March. !st order: shoes were wrong color and did not fit. I had to open a dispute. I returned the shoes. I kept messaging them, and the seller said she could not track the goods. I kept resending the tracking number.  She finally acknowledged the goods were recieved at the warehouse. Still no refund.  The 2nd order:  I finally got the shoes. Way too huge. I messaged the seller, sent her the picture she asked for. I had opened up a dispute.

Went online chat several times. They closed the dispute without a refund, or instructions to return the goods. I was online again, and was told I did not respond in time for the dispute.  This is a lie!  They have used that excuse to keep my money.  There is NO way to contact them other than chat. I found a phone number, but it is a bogus number. So, now I am out almost $100.00 for these two orders.  I filed a complaint online at the FBI's site.  I am so pissed off, my blood is boiling!
