Complaint Review: Alibaba.com Electronicsuccesslimited

OK, so I was trying to find a rare Gateway laptop. I found it listed on a site called alibaba.com - the tag line is "Global Trade Starts Here". It was being sold by a user named Mr. Michell Larson.

In one of his messages, he told me to go to www.electronicsucesslimited.com and asked me to email him at contact@electronicsucesslimited.com - I went to the website and couldn't find the laptop I wanted. He replied that it would be up on the site within 2 days, and how many do I want?

His name card on alibaba.com said that his company was "OMNI SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL" based in 70 Yorkville Ave in Canada. However, I looked them up on the Canadian Better Business Bureau (they also go by the name laptopcloseout.com). I called the number on the CBBB site, and asked for Michell Larson - they never heard of him.

So, basically, I have no idea who this person is, or what company he works for, but I consider this a complaint against alibaba.com for: letting someone on their site who is posing as 2-3 different company names
hosting someone who is apparently phishing for my email address
