Alibaba.com Seven Companies Ripped Me off! China Internet
I submitted request for quotations through Alibaba. I placed orders with seven different companies. I did nto receive any products from four. The other three sent me fake goods. I lost a total of $7000 USD. When I contacted Alibaba, they basically told me to contact the authorities in China. I was not pleased with their response. Alibaba should refund lost funds. They also need to come up with a tighter security system. Unless they are still using inside information to give scammers to defraud customers like they did in 2011.
