Alibaba Trade Assurance is a SCAM!! Don't use it because you'll never get your money back!! I placed an order using Alibaba Trade Assurance. The product supplier would not ship the products so I requested Alibaba step in and refund my money, nearly $5,000! Alibaba blew me off and would do nothing to assist me. Don't do business with these chinese scam artists!!!
