Alibabaexpress Shipped me the wrong part. An European connection rather North American electric connection San Mateo, CA
I ordered (LCS1620 Lithium Battery Charger for BLACK & DECKER Rechargeable Battery Charger 20V for LBXR20 LB20 LBX20 LBX4020 LB2X4020 Part) on Line and received it but with wrong electric connection. Rather a North American connection they shipped me European witch cannot plug into the outlet. Order ID: 8018354254158863.
When I complained about it, Alibabaexpreess opened a dispute section in order to resolve my problem, however, even after I provided them with all information, they decided that the seller did not do anything wrong and told me sorry no refund or exchange.
They ask me to demonstrate on video that the part does not work, which is not a reasonable request since it may cause fire if I do that. I did provide them with picture and also a video to show the North American outlet. Here is the respond that I got from them;
