I recently ordered a text from alibris.com right before school started, and paid extra for shipping so it would get here faster. After a week and a half(of going to class without the textbook and dropping behind in the class) they sent me an email notifying me they had cancelled the order and that I would get refunded. That's great and all, if I had gotten the refund. No actually I got the opposite, I got charged $84 for a book I never received nor will I receive it. As a college student, any bit of money helps. So needless to say when i logged onto to see my bank statement and if I had gotten refunded, and I see that I have negative dollars in the bank, I'm a little bit what you might call livid. I'm contacting the company and filing a complaint, which is unfortunately about the most I can do at this point.
