They are suppose to be experts in building online web stores. The store that they have built which I paid for over $500 for is garbage. It is Not fully functional and it doesn't provide the necessary tools for customers to be able to enjoy shopping at ease. The dashboard of the site they provide you cannot edit yourself. It only means that they have all the control and if you need any changes, uploads or updates - they are the only ones that can manage your site and that will cost you extra!
Alidropship Team's work is garbage in building website online store. I think what makes it worse is their bad attitude when you kindly ask them several times to fix a certain problem - they will keep pushing it aside and it never gets resolved. Their attitude is that they start to ignore you. They know that they have gotten your money and there's no refund due to after a certain amount of days.
