The day my new laptop arrived, it had to get sent right back because it was inoperable.  I should have known then what i know now.  Since I have had my laptop, it has been in for service 4 times. Each time alienware claims to have fixed the problem but they never do. The laptop comes back to me with a whole new set of problems and the original problem still prevails.  I have spent countless hours on the phone with their technical support who are incapable of handing any problems.  One of their support representatives dialed into my computer from his location, downloaded a problem to test my registry remotely, and in the process got a virus on my laptop that no one can get off.  My laptop has never even been on the internet.  I have spent the last 5 months without a working laptop that i paid $3,000 for. I was promised a credit towards having a newer, better model built. They renigged on that promise. I was then promised I would get all new parts in my shell. The renigged on that promise.  Then i was told all they would do is attempt to repair my laptop. I have been sending countless emails wondering why everyone is renigging on promises and no one will even write me back.  I get blue screens, internal conflicts, drivers missing or corrupt, the operating system failing, the display screen blacking out, the keyboard is inoperable ... all i am looking for is the replacement i was promised.  This has been the worst experience of my life.  Its not fair that I paid for a laptop that I can't even use.  My website business has failed because of this.  I have lost countless customers after missing deadlines and being unable to complete tasks because my laptop kept crashing.  There has been no recourse.
