Complaint Review: Alienware

I am a fulltime college student. I ordered a replacement part for my computer (adapter/charger) that should have never needed to be ordered because it was less then a year old. I needed it to finish my mid term paper that was only on my computer that didnt WORK. I ordered it and chose to pay the $5 3-5 business day shipping charges. I waited a full week before I called to find out the status of my item. The man told me it would ship in 2 days, that he would EXPRESS THE SHIPMENT and that I should have a tracking number the following day.


I waited until about miday the following day and there was nothing. My status was listed as pending. The money was withdrawn from my account for the item 2 days after I ordered the item, but it took almost a week and four days before it was shipped. SO MUCH FOR 3-5 days!!! I then wrote an email to the company telling them to give me a tracking number by the end of the day or I was contacting Head Quarters. I recieved a tracking number an hour later. It was shipped fed ex GROUND on the 18th with a estimated delivery date of the 23rd!!! Rip OFF! I should have been refuned the money I paid for that shipping if they couldn't do what the said they would do!!!
