This is the worst company and the best breeding ground for scammers in the world!

Aliexpress puts lies like consumer protection, no scamming, tough on scams but when you have a complaint about a company, Aliexpress will side with them because it wants to keep money and not charge back!

There are several consumers complaining in their community boards! All it takes to read them is to do a fake sign up, go to community and read. They take advantage of the fact that Chinese factories cannot be audited nor rated by US consumers and that consumers don't have the choice to track the factories down to the door.

Do business here at your own risk. Do not rely on them using Paypal, Moneybookers, Mastercard, VISa etc to lure you because Aliexpress itself will REFUSE the seller from refunding you!

A seller sent me a product that was clearly mediocre, I took photos, etc, Aliexpress REFUSED to refund me and the seller is going to keep my money! I am not the only one, thousand innocent consumers like me have been made into fools!

AliExpress.com has a customer service team to assist you. The best way to get in touch with them is to send an email with the particulars of your situation to buyer@aliexpress.com.
