AliExpress (Alibaba) Copies musical instrument listings from EBAY sellers and sells FAKE - Company fails to remove sellers China Internet
AliExpress is an internet company similar to EBAY and Bonanza. Most sellers are from mainland China.
AliExpress is allowing sellers to direct download whatever they wish from any seller that lists on EBAY and or other websites. AliExpress provides the exact photographs, descriptions, that are the intellectual property rights of others, not the Chinese seller on AliExpress
No matter how many times you contact AliExpress regarding fraudulent listings, AliExpress does nothing. They may remove one listing, but then the seller in China relists the same item over and over and over
They have listed many of our (Winds101) high end custom made flutes, one of a kind instruments that are our photographs and cost thousands of dollars. We have these instruments on our Winds101 website and the AliExpress has every one of our listings on AliExpress an exact copy of every photograph and description.
I have found many other fraudulent listings on AliExpress all from EBAY sellers.
These are one of a kind instruments and other items. Many are vintage with specific markings. Costly expensive items. There is no way 2 exist. The item on AliExpress is fraud.
The Consumer should beware
Anything you buy on AliExpress may be a fake
AliExpres does nothing to remove the seller and allows counterfit and intellectual property theft
Any buyer who buys any of our flutes (and other sellers high end items) listed on AliExpress will not get the item shown or described in the photo and listing as the item / instrument is in our possession and only 1 exists
They may at best, receive a poorly made somewhat similar fake if they are lucky
The Chinese seller does not ship fast, and getting a refund past 30 days will be next to impossible
BUY ON AliExpress = you will suffer the consequences and loose money and get RIPPED OFF
SHAME ON AliExpress
Then again what do you expect from China?
ill get ripped off
