Aliexpress Aliexpress.com I placed and order and the seller was out of stock and Aliexpress has STILL not issued me a refund Internet

On November 2nd 2018 I visited Aliexpress.com and placed and order (order number 95701815584439) the order was for some RC parts that was not available in the US. The sellers name was LE Happy Store, they also go by "li musheng". I paid for my order through paypal on the 2nd. I noticed the status of the order never updated so on the 6th of November I sent the seller a message asking why it had not updated, the seller replied saying "item out of stock", so then I asked for a refund the seller said to apply for refund through Aliexpress.com which I did. I never got a response from Aliexpress. So I went to the paypal transaction and opened a case, I left the case open for 12 days and nothing ever happened I never got a refund and the seller never answered anymore messages from me.

Today is November 24th and I am still waiting for a refund from Aliexpress, I have contacted their customer service (which is horrible) and they give me this number and tell me it is the confirmation of refund and to contact my bank, I contacted my bank and they have no record of a refund on the transaction. Since closing the first case though paypal I have opened another one because the paypal transaction has not been reversed and the seller has not responded to them. Paypal will not force a refund either which I find strange.

The moral to my story is, DONT DO BUSINESS AT ALIEXPRESS, If you have an issue with a seller they do not help customers whatsoever!
