AliExpress Seller: Aimee Smith Scam, ripoff, incompetent Internet
I purchased several sports jerseys from Aliexpress.com seller Aimee Smith. One of the jerseys was blatatly fake, with the lettering being pink when it should have been green. I asked for a refund and for the jersey to be replaced. The money was refunded, and the replacement jersey was sent to Australia. I live in Canada. This was also 3 months ago that this happened, so I've given them plenty of time to reply to me.
I attempted to contact the seller repeatedly, and they ignored me every single time. I attempted to file a report and speak to Aliexpress.com customer service, and they have repeatedly ignored me as well. Basically, the seller Aimee Smith sells fake goods, and the company, AliExpress, are frauds who claim "buyer protection" when in fact they care for nothing of the sort.
Again, the fraudulent seller is named Aimee Smith, and the customer service people who have responded and done absolutely nothing to help are named Christian and Tiffany, if that makes any difference.

Hello -
I was sorry to see that you were having problems with one of the suppliers that you found on AliExpress and our complaint system. We take issues of fraud very seriously and if one of our suppliers was selling you fraudulent goods, we will want to investigate.
The AliExpress.com has trade security team will need to get more information on the particulars of your case. The best way to get in touch with them is to send an email with the details of your situation to buyer@aliexpress.com. If you have photographs of the goods to send, that would also be very helpful.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Regards,
Molly
