Complaint Review: ALINA HARNCHAN

Alina Harnchan is the manager and WIFE of the OWNER OF BRISBANE GOLD BROKERS at 180 Queen Street, Brisbane in Queensland Australia. Look Alina up on Facebook and you will see the face behind Brisbane Gold Brokers.  She has a foul mouth and a viscious disposition. IF YOU PAY CASH - YOU DO NOT GET A RECEIPT. 

I have purchased 2 pieces of jewellery at very reduced prices and both high end jewellery (1 bracelet and 1 necklace) and both were offered as cash without receipt.  $2900 FOR THE BRACELET AND $5,870 FOR THE NECKLACE.  I was told these were SOLID 9CT GOLD.  I purchased them with cash and give no receipt.  HAD THEM TESTED A MONTH LATER AND BOTH ARE COPPER FILLED junk jewellery.  ONLY THE BOLT RINGS WERE GENUINE 9CT GOLD. 

I went back and was told to get out of the store as I am a liar and that all their jewellery is genuine. When I said that I purchased for cash with no receipt Alina said she has never seen me before.  Her husband shouted at me that he has never seen me before either but he never served me in the first place and I never say him until she said "darling, can you come here". 

I saw both wore rings so I assume they are both married to each other, hence why I state husband).  Again, I asked why no receipt and I was told that this is to avoid GST for tax.  So... are they avoiding their taxation obligations to the Australian Government?  ALSO by giving no receipt, you paying cash, they state then when you return with their rubbish that they have never met you and that you are a con person.  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE:  I have been duped and NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BE CONNED INTO PAYING CASH.
