Complaint Review: All Aboard Movers

My stuff went all aboard all right but never made it home!

I can tell you many reasons why my moving experience was horrible but the most important is my stuff went missing.  Upon arrival the movers asked what goes with them.  I had a few bags and Rubbermaid containers I wanted to take in my vehicle so I told them which ones I was taking and said the rest goes with them.  However when I was in another room they had loaded some of what was not supposed to go with them.  After unloading it at our new home, the Rubbermaid container that had my laptop and accessories was completely empty!  

So I called the owner of the company and he said he can't say they did it, can't say they didn't.  Also he said people make these things up to make money off of moving companies.  Like my computer with all my memories, videos, photos being taken from me is not enough he adds insult to injury by saying this. 

He never offered to replace my stuff.  Of course I called and made a police report.  

After having this horrible experience which should have been joyous since we were buying our first home and being treated so badly by the owner all I can do is warn others so that this will not happen to them.
