All American Dish Network They slide the contract in at installation that they don't tell you about Internet

I chose to go with dish network because they were doing a package with my internet provider.   When I  spoke to the dish network person he mention nothing about a contract.    The first thing he wanted to do was get my cc information.   When the installation guy came out and installed my dish network he mention nothing of a contract.    After about 3 weeks of poor reception  and poor costumer service I decided to cancel.    Dish network now says I owe them $400 for early cancellation fee.   They also said I had to pay for the shipping to send their equipment back.    I asked them what all I needed to send back.   They said the receivers and the remotes.   So when I got the boxes to send back the equipment it was asking for a piece off of the dish.   I had already gotten rid of the dish after they told me all i had to send back was the remotes and receivers.  I have yet to see if they try to charge me for the equipment off of the dish.     I am disgusted with dish network.   They try to bully their costumers out of money.
