My father Ken Landau was a comic book artist and cartoonist. When he passed away I was left with a 3700 sq ft home in Las Vegas Nevada.Being very distraught, I hired an estate sales person I found in the phone book. All American Liquidation In Las Vegas Nevada.
Bobbee made it very clear that NO ONE was to be home while she did the sale. At first that was a red flag, and I had a gut feeling something was not right, but I went ahead and hired her anyway. I was very specific that I wanted all my fathers artwork and comic books. She was very adament and shooed me out of the house.
After the sale of the merchandise in this home, over 3 bedrooms full of furniture, a baby grand paino, a old record collection, a garage full of antique items, 2 living rooms full of furtiture, I only made $2500 bucks.
Now I am finding my fathers Artwork and comic books BEING SOLD AT AUCTION websites and its from someone saying they were at the estate sale of famous comic book artist and cartoonist, in Henderson Nevada. Interesting..he lived in Las Vegas, not Henderson. Thats where Bobbee lives!!
I believe she took most of my items and sold them on her own. I have looked her up and have found multiple complaints about her. I am NOW contacting my lawyer and will demnd all records or I will drag her to court.
Shes a fast talker and downright rude. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH HER!!
