Complaint Review: all american tattoo

i changed my merchant account to another credit card merchant in december.at that time my new credit card merchant company assured me they cancelled with the company. this company simply called merchant services located at 9012 research dr #200 irvine,ca. 92618 keeps charging the amount of 70.45 as a miscellaneous service charge all the way from december 2010 to august 2011. in between this time i have contacted this company many times and went through the process of recancelling formally with this company to no avail.thay just keep charging the amount of 70.45. they have said on two occassions that they apologize and will give the money back, but that never happens.finally...i had to change my bank account and everything to keep them further charging my account. why do they do it?because they can.this company has no moral compass in its business ethical practices and they should be investigated!!my company is all american tattoo and body piercing located at 2443 e. orangethorpe ave fullerton,ca. 92831. my name is kelly s and i am the sole proprietor of this business
