All American Tree Service Nonpayment for lumber removed from my property. Rapid City Michigan
Bobby(Robert) Kennett signed an agreement with me that he would remove trees off my property in exchange for cash(percentage of the lumber) and labor for removal of other trees on my property. He failed to remove the the trees he agreed to do the work for. Instead he removed the trees that he could sell for lumber and then ditched. He ignored my phone calls so I had to call him from another number which he then answered and stated he wasn't going to pay me and basically acted like I am supposed to just accept that he scammed me.
