Complaint Review: All American Xpress

All American Xpress(AAX) is finding new ways to take your hard earned money and to keep it them for their own pockets and their toys, and changing the rules on a day to day basis expecting you to know what the changes are. If you refuse a load no matter what the reason is, whether you have hometime or doctors appt, whatever the reason you get fired for refusing the load, that way they don't have to pay you, giving solo's the team miles and making teams do solo runs.

They are cheats and liars that is the only policy that is in stone, very uneducated and unorginized in the the dispatch office, so if you want to be broke and wait on loads for days get drunk or go to jail, smoke a dubee then all american xpress is for you!! but if you have morals and ethics then find another company.
