I entered my account number of my card and received a confirmation that it was approved. I also received and email from you company with my user code and passcode(Usercode *****7266
Passcode *****40
Amount USD 49.95).
I have made several attempts to contact you and the staff address from "all-americanheroes" but I have had no responce and this all began on 10/01/2004. I believe, 7 days is an ample amount of time to correct any error. I also believe it is ample time to either refund my account.

I have asked for the proper forms to file a complaint with the State of Ohio Attorney General's office. I am a firm believer that consumers should never be taken advantage of nor ignored when they ask to have the proper item or service that was ordered.
I do not mean to sound angry but I believe enough is enough. I do expect a responce from you and "all-americanheroes" with in the next few days.

First off, let me say that All-americanheroes.com is not in the business of ripping off its customers. We take every complaint and comment seriously. In the case of William we did recieve and respond to his complaint on October 2nd. The correspondence is pasted below. We were waiting from a response from him before we proceeded. At this point his payment has been completely refunded and we apologize for any inconvenience that William experienced from this case of miscommunication.

I checked your user code and pass code and had no problems signing on. It is possible that you ended up on our blocked ip list. This can happen after failed sign-on attempts. The server does this to protect the integrity of usernames.
In order to solve this problem I will need for you to go to:
http://www.myipaddress.com/
This will tell you what your ip address is. Copy that and send it to me and I will be able to remove you from the Blocked list.
