On 10/08/21, via the allammoshop.com website, I submitted a form requesting the purchase of 6 boxes of 30.06 Hornady SST 165 grain ammo. I do not need need this many boxes, but the website purchase minimum was $200 and I’ve been trying to find these for a long while.

On 10/09/21 at 3:20am cst, I received a text from 720-414-xxxx stating it was James from allammoshop.com and asking if I’ll like to proceed with the order (#xxxx). If so, he would send info for me to submit payment via Zelle and after payment he would provide a shipping tracking number. I responded back at 10:27am same day saying I would like to proceed and he provided me his cashier’s Zelle account to send payment of $241.88, Fulgence Millantangar at 713-852-xxxx.

On 10/11/21 at 10:01am cst, James texted me a tracking number xxxxx and tracking link https://pecotransport.com/track-form/

Today, 10/12/21, I received an email at 11:43am cst from Peco Transport stating my package had arrived at Mobile Regional Airport, but to deliver to my home address required a restricted stamp which was $500 and 100% refundable at end of delivery.

I also received a text from 720-689-xxxx stating it was Richard from Global Logistics with the same info from the pecotransport email. He requested I send $500 via Zelle to Terrance Campbell via email: xxxxx@gmail.com to get the restricted stamp and allow delivery of my package. I texted back that no shipping company would request a payment via Zelle and he replied back that this was because it was the payment option I used for the purchase.

I exchanged numerous texts between the James with allammoshop and Richard with Global Logistics and was told my package would be considered illegal in my state unless I paid $500 for the restriction stamp, which I have not and will not pay.

Both allammoshop.com and pecotransport.com websites appear legit, but neither offer a phone contact on their websites and the cell phone numbers of both trace back to same city and state.
