Complaint Review: All Appliances

My Refigerator broke so I look up the following apppliance company to come to my home to fix my Refigerator; Sub-Zero. A man by the name of Randy said he would be in the morning around 9:00a.m. He did not show up until 4:00 o'clock. Randy came in, looked at my Refigerator and replied that it need to be up-dated. I asked how much it would cost and if I could put the payment on my credit card. He replied that it would cost $189.50. I agreed and he fixed the refrigerator.

Randy told me not to buy any groceries for at least 3 days. I waited 4 days. The Refrigerator still was not working properely, so I called the above company again. Randy agreed to come to my home again to see what was wrong with my Refrigerator. This time Randy told me he would be at my home at 6:00p.m. He did not arrive until 8:30. Again he said that it need to be up graded. He did not charge me due to that I had a whold year even though the contract states 30 days.

I waited 4 more days and my Refrigerator still was not working properely. I Called Sub-Zero again, this time I spoke to the manager. The manager stated that he could refer me to a company that could sell me a Refrigerator for very little money. I responded that I felt I was be Ripped Off my his company. He told me to have a good day and hung-up the phone.
