Complaint Review: All City Property Management

Do not deal with All City Property Management when look for housing. They were in Niles, Ohio, but they moved up to Warren, Ohio to 3430 Niles Rd. S.E. 44484. 330-369-2017. they will rip you off in any waythat they can.And Everything  Isay can be backed up. I wanted the placeand they told me if I changed my mind I would lose my deposit. i agreed and signed.  They lost my application and when they "found" it my  section 8 voucher had expired. i said I wanted my money back because I did not change my mind,they changed it for me. d**n, I felt liked they pulled the rug from up under my feet. They will lie, got that back- up too. I took those sob's to to court and lost when they said section 8 called them and said I did not want there housing. Untrue. When I appealed with section 8 willing to testify they never reeived the paperwork from All City Properties Management. My appeal was denied. this company took my money,and I never got the place $400, I had to live in a motel and buy food 2 times a day. Then I had to pay for small claims, and then I had to pay for an appeal with a supena fee because so section 8 could testify. then I got a letter saying my objection was denid. So now I am stuck paying court cost. All City Property Management ripped me off and I end up paying. they know I am 54 and living now in senior housing and can not afford to fight back.
