On 10/15/2005 I purchased a 10 Piece Emeril Cookware Set for $199.00 I was to receive a Free 2 Quart Saute Pan with mail in rebate form. I mailed in all my paper work. Rebate form says allow 6 to 8 weeks. I never called them until December 19th the Lady I spoke to told me the order was being processed, I called again January 12th I was told the same thing, I called again today and was told the same thing. I have sent a email to Emeril but doubt he will ever see it I think it is a shame he endorses such a scam.I also sent 3 inquiries to the rebate center and never got any response.

I called the store where I bought it from and they told me they have received so many calls from customers that have not gotton their free pan they are considering removing the product and not selling.

I tried to call All-Clad today and no suprise to me you can't physically speak to a person they have a recording telling you to call rebatestatus.com which puts me right back to square one.

I would suggest if you purchase this cookware for any promised freebie or rebate you consider another brand because from where I am standing you sure ain't gonna get it and if you do it is not worth what you have to go thru.I am so sorry I purchased this cookware set I am near tossing it and going to buy a Capthalon Set at least when I had a bad knife they sent me a new one no ? asked.
