All Coast Transporters, Nationwide, All Coast, Movingcost, Countrywide Moving And Storage, Steal from my residence. Falsify/lie about services. Not deliver my household items. Fort Lauderdale Florida
October 2007-I placed a call To Nationwide. Lisa and I inventoried my items and came up with an estimated weight. About 1/3 of my items would be going directly to my apartment in Lawrence, while the remaining to storage in Houston until I requested them. Lisa reassured me on several occasions. All documents would arrive with the movers to sign.
Oct 25, 2007-received a call from Nationwide (aka Countrywide, aka All Coast Transporters). The movers would arrive Oct 26 at 5pm.
Oct 26, 2007-
6:00-9:00pm- Office for Nationwide would not take my calls. Movers have not arrived.
9:30pm- movers arrive and I request they come back tomorrow. With aggression and irritation toward me, they demand they load at this time.
9:30-5 am- on several occasions I note the non English speaking mover picking up items and investigating them. Cell phones, leather jackets etc. During the loading in Midland, approximately 1/3 of my items was marked for apartment and would be loaded last. They used 2 colors of tape to prioritize items. I also signed documents, set them down for further review.
Behind my back the movers quietly packed them and never saw them again until Nov 17th. The movers reassured me that they would be there in Lawrence in 3-4 (Oct 29th or 30th) days with the remaining items in storage until requested. Lisa and I also discussed this and one occasion replied to me Don't worry; we;ll take care of you. For my personal trip, I packed enough for 4 days and did not pack any toiletries including all my shaving equipment.
Oct 28, 2007- Arrive in Lawrence, KS
Oct 30th- 12:00pm. Placed to call to Nationwide. To my surprise they informed me that ALL my goods were in storage and would remain there. They said they couldn't just deliver a partial load to Lawrence.
Oct 30th to Nov 6th after a week or so of arguing with Keith, I conceded that my goods were missing, stolen, or being held by ALL COAST. Keith also indicated that Lisa would be fired after explaining to him what Lisa and I discussed. She was no longer reachable after that date. I called her number after a few weeks. She accidentally answered her phone and was rather annoyed. She then quickly passed me to Keith.
After some more arguing, I finally gave in and told Nationwide and All Coast that I will take delivery of all my goods with one trip to save money and time for them. I felt if I didn't cave in I would never receive my household goods.
Nov 9th- Informed Nationwide I will be moving to a house and requested all my household goods be delivered. Their response: I had paid for 90 days of storage and would not receive my household goods until those 90 days was up. I proceeded to place several calls to All Coast and Nationwide management to get my goods delivered at my request as had been agreed to by me and Lisa. We finally agreed to November 16th as the final delivery date.
I worked longer hours during the week so I could have Friday off to accept my goods.
Nov 16th- Received a call from the movers that they were delayed one day. They said they would be there by noon the next day. I placed a call to Keith to validate this. He guaranteed they would be here by noon the next day.
Nov 17th- The movers arrive at 3pm. During unloading, I went through boxes, tools and such. I actually picked up my Sears drill and proceeded to squeeze the handle to see if the battery was still good. I noted to self the other battery and charger were not present and thought they must be in a box. After they finished unloading, they proceeded to tell me in broken English that boxes were missing along with a huge mirror, a captain's dinner table chair, my headboard and other items. I knew then the more money I threw at these guys, the more info I would get. With each 20, they explained more. I stopped at 80 dollars. By that time I found out from the movers that:
A All Coast is misplacing, loosing or breaking items all the time.
B My boxes were located by the mover's friends at the warehouse and they even said there were 3 boxes and what they were labeled as.
C They indicated All Coast was not a good company and kept asking me about Mayflower (I worked for them as a teen). They desired to work for Mayflower away from Keith and All Coast/Nationwide.
After I paid for information from the movers, I said I may need a lawyer. I noted their demeanor change and their desire to depart.
I looked for my Sears Drill and accessories for several days after they movers departed and have concluded they were stole from my residence here in Lawrence. I looked everywhere for the Sears drill, the extra battery and charger. Meanwhile, being passed to Rick of All Coast, he said he would pay for a new drill. I refused.
Stole drill.
Dec 5th- Received a call from Nationwide customer service. She would conference me in with the movers to inquire where my drill and accessories are located and if they did take them. I agreed. Never heard from her again.
Dec 8th- Decided due to the lack of cooperation, I would file a police report for the stolen items. Pasted this on to Rick and Keith. I had also talked about getting a lawyer.
Dec 10th- Received an email from Rick that the driver and mover had been fired.
Jan 15th, 2008. No word from All Coast or Nationwide of any sort. Emailed them to ask if they had heard anything? My goods were supposed to be shipped to me after the first of the year.
Jan 18th, 2008. Received a call from Nationwide inquiring if my scheduled delivery on the contract of Dec 28th to Jan 4th. Two weeks after the due date and no word from All Coast as of Jan 18th. Nationwide called All Coast, gave me their phone number, and then said they will call me Monday Jan 21st.
Jan 27th, 2008. No calls from All Coast or Nationwide since Jan 18th.
Jan 31st, 2008. Received at form from Haydee of Movingcost.
Feb 4th, 2008. Received a call from Haydee. I sent an excel spread sheet of all items missing, stole or broke. She stated I have to fill out their form and send it. I also send pictures of items broke or no longer usable. And prior pictures of items stole or missing. She stated I can call anytime to get info on the whereabouts of my missing items.
Feb 5th, 2008. Placed a call to Nationwide to find the whereabouts of my missing items. Angela.
1. I found out from All Coast my missing goods were delivered to someone else's home and she is out of town until January 1st according to Rick Perez.
2. I was pressed into filling a missing/damaged good report after they admitted to miss-placing my remaining household goods. I found out later that had I filled out the incident report and submitted it incomplete, they are not liable for items not listed regardless. They only accept it once and that's final in their eyes!
3. All Coast seems to be disinterested in re-imbursement for damaged items (big items like the damage done to the washer and dryer) and according to their list, these big item weight as listed is wrong. These are HE appliances and weight twice as much as what they have listed as the official weight.
4. I had to purchase new clothes, mainly winter clothes, new shaver and other toiletries.
5. ll Coast employees are only interested in covering themselves, rather than work on people skills with customers. They were defensive at the start which tells me they have experienced customer problems at a high rate.

The rebuttel in August (Keith) is farce. Keith Ezrol passed away in March. I think it would difficult for Keith to write a rebuttal in August!
Placed a call to All Coast on Oct 31, 2008 to speak with Rick Perez. He was short, rude and not helpful. My household goods are still missing, and it is his responsibility to return those items. Although I accepted the settlement, the DOT and Rick were said to continue to find my household goods. BEWARE All Coast Transporters.

We are a company that stands by trying to do the right thing. On this move I had a company that I was doing business with pick up the load. Long story short it got mixed up in the warhouse and now the owner of his items are holding it hostage. I have a lawyer and the D.O.T. trying to help me resolve this matter.

I was on my way to file a legal complaint this morning, but decided to call Rick first. Rick advised that my household goods that were miss-delivered are not being released by the home owner. Confusing as it may seem, I need to allow some time for the truth to be proved. The attorney generals office for Tennesse is: http://www.attorneygeneral.state.tn.us/
If this proves to be true, I would like her name and address to issue a warrent for her arrest and subsequient violations due to holding property she admits to the carrier is not hers. This women (and I'm being kind here) needs to go to jail. I still suspect that the movers (likely without the knowledge of All Coast) deposited these select items of high dollar so they may retrieve them at a later date. They happened across a SOB like me (and a vet I might add) and, thus I will expose ALL the truths here one way or the other. I want to work with Rick to get my goods back. I'm not interested in money. Just the truth and my goods in my possession. That's all I've asked for from the beginning. I still suspect that illegal or non-illegal migrant workers from Mexico are scamming customers. They have already ran to Mexico to my knowledge. I might add I have had good pals of american-mexican descent.
If there are any lawyers in TN willing to assist me (not All Coast), contact me. Regardless, I would like to issue a warrent against her. No matter the outcome. There are interstate laws broken here. Thus federal laws and prosecution may be an option. This is where I stand today.
