Complaint Review: ALL COMPUTER RECYCLING

We are writing this email to advise anyone especially at overseas buyers looking to purchase e-waste in USA to be aware of a company based in Fort Worth, TX USA called ALL COMPUTER RECYCLING aka MEL & ASH INC. is a cheating and business fraud company.  Ms. Melissa Saldana is the contact person and the president of the company.

She generate a packing list weight about 40,000lbs. worth about USD10,000.00.  She would demand for a 50% deposit up-front to reserve the load.  We sent our inspector for loading inspection at sight.  As long as our inspector is at loading sight, she made all kind of excuses that she is unable to load the container such as the weather condition was bad; still waiting for materials to transport from another facility, etc.  As soon as our inspector left her warehouse, right away, she send phony loading photos to demand for the balance. Otherwise, she will not release the container to the trucker.   After 4 weeks of sailing to destination, our customer only received 7MTS of materials in which wasnt on the packing list.  The materials she loaded only worth about USD300.00.  So far, we already come across few of our overseas customers and colleagues were in the same situation before us.  She particularly much interested to do business and cheat on overseas buyers due to the time to travel and high expenses to a lawsuit afterward,  most of the buyers would just let go. 

Please keep away from this company because we dont want anyone who is doing real business to become the next victim of her cheating scam.
